Amanda L. Bryant handles a wide range of immigration and nationality matters, including employment and family-based visas, Fiance petitions, and naturalization/citizenship. A significant portion of her practice is spent assisting and training Employers, Managers, and HR Professionals with I-9 audits, preparation for government raids, national origin discrimination and other immigration-related employment issues.
During law school, Amanda devoted a significant portion of her studies to immigration and international law, and became published for her award-winning article on the international diamond trade. She has also aided individuals in security clearance issues, and is available to assist her clients in pre-clearance matters and post-denial proceedings.
Amanda also focuses extensively on representing individuals and agencies in the adoption process, whether international or domestic adoptions. She became interested in adoption matters while assisting with representation on a "safe haven" case in Arizona, asserting the rights of birth mothers and hospitals.
Additionally, Amanda practices creditors' rights law and business litigation. She has represented a broad range of foreign and domestic businesses, from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies, through all stages of representation, including pre-suit negotiation efforts, lawsuits, judgments, and executions. She also assists businesses during the defense of counterclaims, and helps medical professionals with billing and collection issues.
