Stephanie F. Bynum currently concentrates her practice in the area of commercial and residential foreclosures.   She also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate law, having represented both individuals and businesses in real estate matters for over 25 years.

Stephanie is involved in the CREW Network of professional women in commercial real estate.  She previously served on the Wake County Public Service Committee and as a member of both the North Carolina State Bar Association’s Real Property Lawyers section and the Wake County Division of Real Property Lawyers. Stephanie also served for four years as a member and Director of the Kids Center in Raleigh, NC, and currently serves as Secretary of the Peace College Alumnae Board of Directors.
