Lynn Lupton Becomes Certified Family Law Specialist

Lynn W. Lupton has achieved the designation of NC Bar Board Certified Family Law Specialist. Ms. Lupton represents clients in all aspects of family law, including absolute divorce, child custody and support, equitable distribution, alimony, name change, adoption, post-marital agreements, pre-marital agreements, annulment, grandparent custody and visitation, termination of parental rights, abuse and neglect proceedings, divorce from bed and board, legitimation, paternity, domestic violence and marital torts.
Ms. Lupton began her career as a family law attorney with Smith Debnam in 2003. In addition to representing her clients in the courtroom, she frequently assists them in resolving their domestic issues outside of court through the drafting and negotiation of separation agreements, parenting agreements and other family contracts as well as through mediation and private settlement conferences. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Domestic Issues Committee or the North Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
