The Administrative Assistant will work with a team responsible for providing administrative and compliance support to our Creditors Rights Recovery Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review Notice of Rights and input into database upon receipt and retrieve service information using courthouse applications.
- Assist with the receipt of execution paperwork and prepare package documents.
- Retrieve call recordings and conduct monthly audit of call logs. Prepare call logs for clients and management as needed.
- Reviews and distributes department mail, email, and voicemails appropriately.
- Audits files for appropriate call and letter codes to assist with inventory management.
- Generate inventory, collector, and client reports weekly and monthly.
- Assist with monitoring pre-suit and post-judgment disputed files and the processing of verification of debt letters.
- Update SOPs related to the post-judgment process.
- Audits files for appropriate call and letter codes to assist with inventory management.
- Additional projects as needed for the functionality of the Collections Department and as directed by the Manager or Lead Recovery Agents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2-year Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative support role
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center with the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- A basic understanding of the litigation process preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to process a large volume of work efficiently and accurately.
