Gilman led attendees through part one of a four-part deep dive into the topic of risk management inside a law firm. His session titled the Risk Management LifeCycle in the Practice of Law looked at risk assessment, disaster recovery, and business continuity, as well as new risks in the world of mobility and cloud, test plans, audits and metrics for risk management.
